Steve Antry brings over 40 years of leadership and innovation in the oil and gas industry. Asthe founder of Eagle Environmental Group, he has spearheaded the company'stransformation into a vertically integrated powerhouse, addressing critical environmentalchallenges through well plugging, emissions monitoring, and carbon offset projectdevelopment.​

Previously, as the founder of Beta Oil & Gas, Steve led the company through its IPO andfacilitated its merger with PetroHawk Energy, a transaction that laid the foundation forPetroHawk's subsequent $15 billion sale to BHP Billiton. At Eagle, Steve orchestrated a$673 million asset sale, marking one of the largest transactions in Oklahoma that year. Hisleadership and strategic vision have earned Eagle Environmental Group the distinction ofplugging 40% of wells annually in the mid-continent region, a key driver of methanereduction and genesis behind carbon offset generation.​

Grant Harper brings nearly a decade of corporate finance experience to Carbon X and itsfamily of companies, with a strong focus on treasury management, financial modeling,and capital structuring. He began his career in 2016 with Francis Energy, where he helpedscale one of the nation’s fastest-growing EV infrastructure companies and played a keyrole in their successful institutional equity raise in 2022.Since joining Orr Energy Servicesin 2023, Grant has been instrumental in advancing financial strategy and operationalefficiency across the Eagle Environmental Group. ​

As CFO of Carbon X, he oversees financial planning, carbon offset project economics,investor relations, and credit issuance forecasting for Carbon X’s portfolio of legacy wellplugging projects. Grant has a unique ability to bridge financial innovation withenvironmental impact. He applies rigorous analysis to ensure Carbon X’s methaneabatement projects meet the expectations of both registries and institutional buyers, andhe is a core contributor to the company's growth in the carbon credit market. He holds aBSBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Tulsa, has passed Level I and II of theCFA exam, and co-authored a peer-reviewed paper in the Review of Behavioral Finance in 2022.
